I love to find and solve problems for customers. I have over 15 of experience building and leading global multidisciplinary teams, identifying the need and opportunities to develop new products and services to help businesses grow, pivot and transform around the challenges they and their users face. Nielsen Norman Group User Experience Certified with Mobile Design Specialty.

I currently lead the Design Operations of the LSEG Design team. A team of over 60 multidisciplinary designers. Establishing processes and measures that support scalable solutions for business, technology and engineering challenges, so that designers can focus on designing and researching. Additional role includes Design System Lead.

I specialise in user experience & interaction design, visual & graphic design and front end (UI) development utilising all the latest technologies available. My drive is my passion for designing beautiful and functional user experiences & interactions.
